Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist in handling full range of company secretarial matters for companies within the Group;
• Assist in organising board/shareholders’ meetings and preparation of annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and related documentation;
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements;
• Maintain and update company secretarial records;
• Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects when required.

 Requirements :

• Degree holder with HKICS/ICSA membership;
• At least 3 years’ solid company secretarial experience;
• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
