My client is a worldwide and iconic French Luxury Fashion Brand. The brand itself are also known for their exceptional levels of service as well as their luxurious and indulgent pieces. They are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, fashion savvy sales and senior sales consultants to join their Global Flagship stores in Hong Kong. This individual will have the opportunity to work within an international and dynamic environment that the luxury industry offers.

They provide one of the greatest training program within the luxury retail industry and with a lot of opportunities to progress with in the company. There is no personal sales target as they encourage team work, and they also offer very competitive salary packages and benefits with different incentives schemes!

Role Responsibilities:

•          Operate as liaison between clients and prospective customers in a retail environment
•          Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the brand overall
•          Build customer loyalty and grow current customer base
•          Represent a top brand effectively
•          Perform other Sales duties as needed

Key Requirements:

•          Proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment
•          Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
•          Fluent in English/Mandarin and strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
•          A strong passion and strong sales person
•          Committed to meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
•           At least 1-year experience in retail / Customer Service / hospitality
