Responsibilities

• Supervising internal Softline laboratory staff on provision of best solution to client
• Acting as a bridge between IT department and sample room re the launch of a data system (Oracle) for the Sample Room to improve CR-Lab-Login interactions re log-out, on-hold and account
• Understanding the new data system and conducting training for Sample Room staff according
• Client account management 
• Sample preparation and breakdown, handling of sample registration, logging sample and sample receipt
• Updating test record and tracking of submission status
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy laboratory environment

Requirement 

• Higher Diploma, bachelor degree or above
• Excellent communication skill with empathy
• Experience working with Laboratory
• Good language skill (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
