Primary Duties:

The Consulting Assistant will be responsible for providing executive assistance and administrative support to our General Manager, as well as delivering management and system consulting services in the area of Strategy & Operations Expertise, Process & Data Management Solutions, Operational & IT Support Services. We cover a wide range of software products, including Oracle JD Edwards, BI & EPM, Cloud, NetSuite, MRI, Yardi, Argus, Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, Ultipro, Qlik, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. The successful candidate will:

• Provide executive assistance and administrative support to our General Manager  

• Provide organizational, operational, systems, and/or data related consulting services

• Generate deliverables with quality and timeliness

• Participate in interviews and workshops

• Assist with compiling current state information and formulating the future state solution

• Assist the client on the design, setup, enhancement and modification of business systems through analysis, clarification and definition of user requirements

• Prepare documentation, operation guides, presentation and training materials

• Prepare program test data, test plan; perform testing and acceptance of applications

• Carry out application support and maintenance for clients

• Comply with the company’s established directives, policies, and best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field

• 0-3 years’ work experience (new graduates are eligible)

• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English

• Self-motivated

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Good customer service skills

• Respect for others

• Ability to work collectively with team supervisors and peers

• Ability to work in an effective and consistent manner while maintaining high quality

• Ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution

• Ability to accommodate flexible hours, including occasional over-time and weekend work during busy time

• Excellent time management

• Understanding of business need and ability to quickly set and adjust priorities

• Maintain confidentiality and security

• Maintain a professional manner and appearance in the workplace

• Proficiency in common applications including MS Office 2010/2013/Office 365/2016, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

• Knowledge in SQL is an advantage

• Experience in any of the following solutions is an advantage – Oracle JD Edwards, BI & EPM, Cloud, NetSuite, MRI, Yardi, Argus, Planimetron Propidex, AutoCAD, Ultipro, Qlik, Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, F&B, consumer & industrial, or life sciences & healthcare industries is a plus

• Occasional travel is required
