Job Duties:

1. Assist the Department head to execute and manage of corporate finance projects, corporate bonds and funds, loan financing and financing products;
2. Compliance risk identification, inspection and reporting, and provide legal analysis for the Company;
3. Assist the team to review existing policies and procedure to ensure all internal procedures and aligned with regulations;
4. Work independently in the preparation of business presentations and other materials for the Company; 
5. Work closely with team members in Mainland China and various levels of management, and act as an integral part of the team as well as perform all functions independently.
 
Requirements:

1. University Degree or above in Economy/Finance or related disciplines;
2. Good knowledge of capital market investment, project financing, loan financing and financing products;
3. Over 3 years of experience in capital market, banking or corporate finance department is highly preferable;
4. Strong preference for mandarin language capability, a significant part of the corporate documents is in Chinese;
5. Able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
