As the Regional Investor Relations Manager at Coinstreet, you will be leader of the investor relations function and responsible for formulating long term investor relations strategy that will sustain Coinstreet’s leadership positioning the digital asset space.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identifying and developing new relationships with family offices, institutional investors, endowments, foundations, placement agents, investment managers, other institutional investors and transaction parties throughout Asia.
  • Leading the development of marketing and investor materials for both potential and existing investors
  • Conducting appropriate market research on target prospects, preparing investment materials, setting up meetings and clearly communicating the firm's strategies and differentiating factors
  • Managing  private placement process including opportunity pitching, subscription and long term relationships with investors
  • Developing a service model and infrastructure for marketing and client service functions
  • Organizing regular IR activities (annual meetings, AC meetings, industry meetings, etc.)
  • Working with licensed parties on compliance issues with acceptance of investments, reporting, forecasting and other operations
  • Formulating business plan and budgets for future expansions

 

Required Skills

  • Strong academic background, with an undergraduate degree in finance or business required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in institutional fundraising (endowments, foundations, pension funds, funds of funds, family offices, etc.) and business development.
  • The individual must have quantifiable track record in raising and closing successful funds with family offices and institutional private equity investors.
  • Highly commercial with proven ability to leverage personal relationship of established and active set of relationships with family offices and institutional private equity investors
  • Experience with organizing and front-running capital raising campaigns across entire sales cycle
  • Superior relationship-building, communication and presentation skills and international work experience required
  • An exceedingly high energy level, independent, strong entrepreneurship, individually motivated, and a collaborative team-oriented approach to business
  • Candidates who possess experience in servicing Private Equity Funds have an advantage;
  • Experience within tech, digital industry; with strong understanding of financial and investment services industry.
  • Ability to cope with emerging industry and willingness to learn new ideas.
  • Smart, mature, proactive, aggressive, goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent (PowerPoint and verbal) presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong people and relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua.

A BIG PLUS FOR - 

  • Exposure and knowledge in digital asset industries.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
