Responsibilities:

• Lead a scrum team conducting method design and principle design and provide training on Agile implementation
• Work with various stakeholders to deliver business value
• Implementation planning of projects release Schedule and facilitate
• Scrum framework (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scum, etc.)
• Enacting change & continuous improvement
• Partner with business stakeholders to present and support agile education and training activities as required
• Communication of development projects to key external stakeholders
• Manage the release process for the team

Requirements:

• Degree's holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience with at least 2 years as a Scrum Master Certified Scrum Master
• Very good knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools stacks (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket…)
• Very good communicator, good facilitator, assertive and good problem solving
• Mobile app experience preferred
