Main Responsibilities

 Digital & Social

• Adapt contents from principle to local engaging, creative messages for regularly scheduled posts on social media (Facebook, Instagram); which promote brand awareness and support business objectives
• Work closely with agency and HQ to develop content relevant to our direct retail markets on social platforms across multiple touch points for given products, campaigns, and CRM programs.
• Overall management of external agency to develop and execute social media presence in the region ensuring strong performance, brand consistency and impactful content
• Monitor and benchmark competitors for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
• Monthly reports on social media activities, data metrics and analysis for internal review, as well as the recommendations for improvement

CRM/e-CRM

• Collect quantitative data (working with IT dept) , conduct analysis and segmentation, and monitor performance
• Provide regular and timely dashboards, regular reports and performance analysis to provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Track KPI target of on-going marketing/retail campaigns, and regular data including new member recruitments, retention rate as well as action plan
• Create and execute CRM programs
• Support to delivery tools/mechanism for retail department o achieve CRM objective

 Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry / marketing agency, with solid experience in handling CRM program and Digital Marketing
• Good understanding of Social Media Marketing, with experience in handling Social Media PR  
• Strong analytical skills & excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasionally work on events over weekends and travel when necessary
