Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Support on developing marketing & communication strategies for APAC market
- Assist in developing 360 marketing & communication strategies and responsible for the executive of the marketing activities
- Assist in formulating communication strategy with potential partnership and collaboration.
- Plan and maintain marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor competitors and industry marketing initiatives
Retail Marketing
- Formulate strategies that will create synergy between principle’s and retail marketing activities for both DOS and Wholesale partners
- Develop and maintain the relationship with landlord, and third parties, leveraging all the resources to increase the brand visibility, drive the traffic to stores, to stimulate the sales
- Support on preparing all the advertising materials
Advertising & Media Plan
- Assist in formulating integrated adverting plan for corporate campaigns, new product launches, and other programs through ATL, events and digital channels
- Closely work with the media/agency for all paid media planning (online/social/OOH) and assist in identifying advertising opportunities
- Measure and evaluate advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness
PR
- Maintain an on-going relationship with press and handle the regular pitching
- Manage sample coordination, report and presentation materials at regional level. The support would cover South East Asia territory as well as HK & Macao
- Support seasonal press presentation, customers events
- Liaise with external agency, HQ and third parties for special PR project or other digital channel opportunities
- Update and maintain media profile and press database, keep abreast of the market media scenes from online to offline
Event/Project Management
- Assistant in planning and supervising the execution of events or projects
- Key liaison with agencies and other internal/external parties to ensure the smooth running of the event/project
- Control the budget, conduct the event report, review and analyze the event result
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Communications, or Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry, with solid experience & know-how in handling media relations
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing, with experience in handling Social Media PR
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, organized, flexible and be able to work under pressure
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Occasionally work on events over weekends and travel when necessary
