Headquartered in Europe, the hiring company is a long-established leader within global consumer industry. They are now inviting a dynamic talent to join its procurement function in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Function Head, you will manage procurement, supplier management and terms negotiation activities to support local operations. You will work closely with internal functional teams and external suppliers to facilitate and monitor tendering process, and ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with corporate standard. You will rationalize procurement needs and provide effective sourcing and purchasing support. In addition, you will identify cost saving opportunities and compile analysis reports on a regular basis. 

Successful candidate should possess the following competencies and attributes:

• University degree in Procurement or any other related discipline 
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in indirect categories gained from corporate procurement function 
• Exposure to FMCG/ Cosmetics/ Consumer industry is highly sought after
• Knowledge in tendering process and SAP system is essential 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility to meet the changing needs of internal business units
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
