-           Provide legal supports to company daily operation, and provide all aspects of legal services for all strategic projects (e.g. setting up new legal entity, WOFE, new business model establishment, etc.) for Chinese entities and coordinating with oversea affiliates.

-           Take responsible for providing legal documents management, including

• Review/draft any legal binding documents
• Standardize contracts format, check and supervise all the business contracts
• Prepare and finalize legal documents, agreements
• Follow up relevant regulations and laws
• Negotiate with internal and external clients about contracts

-           Monitor the risk related to operation from legal perspective, including

• Find potential legal risk in daily operations and take any effective actions to minimize the legal risk;
• Rank the risks and alert the top management.  

-           Improvement of legal construction for Great China (including TAI WAN, HONGKONG) area. including continue support to sales and service team from legal side, coordinate with Finance to resolve any issues in the daily operation. 

-           Provide the internal legal training.

-           Handle the claim and sue activities.

-           Supervise and manage legal team.

-           Any other assignments that are seen as necessary.
