Responsibilities

• Supporting Web & Multimedia Team in production of digital content
• Providing pre- & after sales services to online shop customers
• Liaising with Team and other departments to facilitate production tasks
• Acting as a supportive role in creating or designing graphic materials, website, social media, marketing/PR events, printing etc.
• Facilitating online order shipments and internal logistics
• Performing data entry and general office duties
• Conducting research and contributing creative ideas

Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE
• 2-year experience in multimedia, customer service, marketing, sales, logistics, shipping and/or export
• Practical knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or equivalent) & Premiere
• Efficiency in Chinese input is a must
• Interest in web, communications, photography, design, cooking and new technologies
• Basic understanding in HTML, Lighting and video/ audio editor a huge plus
• Detail-oriented, flexible and well-organized personality
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is preferred
