Responsibilities:

• Closely work with marketing team to achieve assigned brand target & distribution target  
• To ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies in assigned channels.
• To take part in initiation and negotiations of the trading terms, marketing and promotional activities
• To work on sales projection particular to the top/key customers
• To develop new business opportunity and explore potential channel
• To monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and take action to remedy if there is shortfall
• To provide timely update with recommendation to marketing team relating to competitor’s activities
• To enhance product listing, activation and propose contract to target outlets

Requirements:

• 3-5 years solid sales experience in wine & spirit industry or hospitality industry
• Track record or experience in selling wine and spirits in on-premise channels, particular in hotels, clubs and western bar & restaurant chains are preferred;
• Sound wine & spirits knowledge and familiar with western lifestyle is an advantage;
• Able to demonstrate leadership & motivate team-mates;
• A team player with excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
