Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
• Maintain good relationship with customer such as communicate with customer 
• Handle customer enquires, complaints and bookings on timely basis
• Support the daily administrative and related documentation for internal teams
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
