Responsibilities:

• Handle AP, AR, Journal vouchers and General Ledger entries
• Prepare and distribute cash / cheque for monthly payment, expense claim
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Be responsible for bookkeeping and other accounting related duties
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management report
• Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax and financial issues
• General accounts/administration work and other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Immediate available is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Accounting, preferably with LCCI Level 2 or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts is a definite advantage
• Good spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, able to work well under pressure
• Presentable with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
