Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in various data analysis and project implementation tasks
• Design and prepare regular reports on business performance analysis for management tomonitor current business through key KPIs and metrics
• Support business teams (Operations, Sales & Marketing) in all data related projects
• Data consolidation from various systems, internal, and external sources and run regular analysis for management reporting (e.g. target setting, sales performance tracking, business forecasts)
• Build and maintain data base for analyses/report generation and manage database integration and data mapping where needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Mathematics, Information System or related disciplines
• 1+ years relevant working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain related industries preferred
• Proficiency in VBA Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in MS Access, SQL is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A willing to learn fast learner
• Self-motivated and open to rapidly changing project scopes
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels
• Good command of spoken / written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
