Job Description

How you will contribute

• Coordinate with supply planning in handling all merchandise in-bound both locally and oversea
• Send instructions to subcontractors in managing all stock-in from suppliers
• Work closely with custom service to ensure all delivery and shipments are made correctly and on-time
• Prepare all relevant shipping documents for all shipments overseas
• Follow up with all custom declaration and related documents
• Evaluate different market options for the best interest of the company’s logistics needs
• Regular reports reflecting all logistics activities
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
• Monitor inventory activities oversea
• Ad hoc project assigned by Management

Who you are

• 3 to 5 years of experience with the jewellery industry
• Supply chain and logistic experiences is preferred
• Experience in sourcing will be a bonus
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Organized, patient, be able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
