Our Client is one of the well-known companies in Consumer Healthcare. In order to cope with their growth in HK, they are now looking for one competent Supply Chain Executive to join the team.

Demand Forecast

• Facilitate accurate and on-time Demand Forecast input from Channel Leads to ensure correct stock holding in consignment warehouse to support local promotional plan
• Maintain the forecast database master files and running analysis of the data as per request
• Actively participate in Demand meeting to work with Demand team in Australia to ensure local demand is properly reflected 

Supply

• Work with Export team on monthly shipment to ensure correct stock is being shipped to HK and Taiwan on time to meet local demand
• Liaise with Export team for any Supply issues
• Monitor and follow up with HQ Supply Chain and Planning team on shipment arrival status

Consignment Warehouse in HK

• Act as Hong Kong key contact for local distributor.
• Establish and maintain up-to-date price, product and customer master with local distributor.
• Ensure consignment warehouse stock matches the asset balances held in our SAP accounting system.
• Oversee local distributor to ensure on-time delivery & maintain Company service level

Management of Local Reprocessing in HK

• Manage and coordinate with HK 3^rd party warehouse for the redressing schedules according to the stocks from new arrival shipment.
• Assist in the development, maintenance and replenishment of local repackaging materials in co-ordination with Secondary re-packer

Store Room in HK Office

• Manage the stock room and the allocation of stock to sales representatives and staff.
