• At least 5 years experiences in handling full set of I/E shipping documents & Banking documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers & internal parties to ensure daily import & export operations in timely & accurate schedule.
• Arrange shipment schedule, booking, customs requirements.
• Experience in overseas markets like US or Europe.
• Tradelink declaration and familiar with import & export declaration.
• Mature, independent, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized.
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
