Chief Financial Officer

Responsible:

• Report to Directors;
• Manage of financial planning and analysis, taxation, credit control, cost control, budgeting and forecasting;
• Review business performance with local functions and China;
• Manage of monthly and quarterly reports;
• Manage of month end closing financial consolidation;
• Enhance the accounting workflow and strengthen the internal control system;
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, financial institutions and bank;
• Handle ad hoc group projects and assignments;
• Station in Shanghai is required.

Requirement:

• Degree holder of above in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent;
• HKICPA/ ACCA Qualified;
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of supervisory level;
• At least 3 years of experience in Catering industry;
• Experience in Listed Company will be an advantage;
• Well-versed accounting knowledge of PRC;
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Immediate available is preferred.
