Job duties

Assist in managing the Group’s financial reporting, annual and interim report production, and tax compliance & exposure

• Financial reporting – ensure timely and accurate reports which complying with statutory / regulatory requirements
• Tax compliance and exposure – ensure timely and accurate submissions to IRD, assist in managing tax exposures, and ensure tax efficiency
• Work closely with external professionals during tax submissions/interim review/annual audit
• Internal management reporting and analysis – assist in providing insight from financial information to support management at different level to conduct business by designing and enhancing reports and tools for internal use, and managing the report production process
• Internal controls and risk management – assist in reviewing internal procedures to ensure strong and yet business-friendly controls are in place
• Budgetary and forecast process – work as a team to ensure budget and forecast are provided timely and accurately
• Others – participate in any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizeable organization and Big 4, with at least 1-2 years commercial experience
• Qualified CPA with solid understanding of HKFRS and Hong Kong Tax
• Experience in managing compliance with listing rules including preparation of annual and interim reports
• Strong knowledge of MS Office application, Excel with VBA a plus
• Knowledge in SAP and Data cube is highly desirable
• Be a team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
