Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare HR reports and analysis on regular basis for strategic planning, review and decision-making purpose 
• Continuously maintain and optimize HR central data warehouse for reporting and analysis
• Participate in regular exercises including HR budgeting, salary survey, policbenefits scheme review
• Assist in Compensation and Benefits Structure review
• Assist to develop, implement and review HR policies and procedure
• Assist in HRIS enhancement and digitalization projects
• Prepare presentation decks and materials for internal communication
• Perform any other HR projects as assigned

 Requirements: 

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in C&B with HRIS enhancement / deployment experience is an advantage
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Excel
• Strong in data analysis and attention to details
• A self-starter with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently with tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
