Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the designated Department;
Responsible for internal documents control and maintain effective document system;
Assist in daily operations including data input, filing and other clerical duties;
Work closely with department and team members to provide efficient support.
Support ad-hoc projects and assignments;

Requirement & Qualification:

Post-secondary education or above;
At least 1 year of relevant working experience;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
Strong organization skills, good time management and attention to details.
