Responsibilities:

• Enhancement and assurance of building staff performance and service standard
• Provision of quality property management services with prompt response, tenancy administration and cost control
• Coordinating all property management functions; liaison with clients, occupants and contractors
• Establishment of standard procedures and control systems; drive and ensuring an effective management of the assigned premises; 
• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Property / Housing / Estate Management or related discipline
• Relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, RPHM 
• Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM) is a MUST
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in property / facility management in which 2 years in managerial level
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
