Job Description

Creative global design studio | Open culture | Award-winning workplaces

The role

Calling HR systems design experts. We need you!

We’ve recently completed stage one of a three-part roll out of our HR information system, a strategically significant project that’s got support right from our leadership. We want everyone at HASSELL to be ready to embrace the new system from day one, because we know that good information equals good outcomes.

That’s where you come in.

You and your skills are what we need to help launch the talent acquisition and talent management module components of the next stage – including configuration planning, process playback and UAT processes.

As the project manager you’re the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You’re the conduit between the steering committee and our Marketing and Communications team when it comes to design and branding decisions.

You’ll be reporting to the P&C team member who managed the implementation of phase one, and will be part of a collaborative team of P&C professionals. This is a 12-month contract

Where it’s based

We’re open to considering candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Hong Kong.

About you

You’ve got a background in HRIS design, implementation, testing and deployment experience, but you stand out because you create solutions that consider culture – and the future. People always come first with you.

You’re definitely logical, but what sets you apart is the creative way you tackle obstacles. Your organisation levels and attention to detail can’t be questioned, which is how you can meet tight timelines and navigate levels of ambiguity.

You have a way with words, translating complex technical terminology and processes into plain English and easily communicating with people at all levels. A natural influencer, you are known for being able to gain support and consensus for your forward-thinking solutions.

It almost goes without saying that you’re as comfortable working autonomously as you are as part of a team, and that you want to make a difference.

Why HASSELL?

We consider our people to be our greatest resource. With that in mind, we place great emphasis on attracting, retaining and developing the best talent.

We value diversity, employing people across a number of regions, representing many different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Our team has access to a range of benefits to support development and wellbeing:
