Secretary to General Manager Hong Kong (Appln/Ref: Secy)

Overview:

The successful candidate will be based at Singapore Airlines office in Admiralty. The candidate reports directly to the General Manager Hong Kong and provides personal assistant and general secretarial support to the GM.

This position is ideal for a highly conscientious, detailed and discreet individual with an interest in the aviation/airline industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

.

• Perform personal assistant role to the GM

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and documents to/from the GM Office

• Receive important guests and visitors

• Arrange and prioritize appointments and reminders

• Take and circulate notes for meetings

• Support general Human Resource & Administrative matters such as purchase of miscellaneous office items, verification of invoices, basic IT functions and maintenance of staff records.

   

  Qualifications & Skills

   

• Diploma or Degree Holder

• Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good writing & note taking skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

• Able to prioritize well and work independently
