Responsibilities:

- Handle general reception duties including greeting visitors, phone inquiries, courier and mail service etc.

- Provide office administrative and clerical support

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above

- Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing

- Presentable, pleasant, courteous, punctual and responsible

- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

-  Good communication and interpersonal skills

5 days work with 14 days annual leave,  1 day birthday leave and medical allowance.

Who are we?

We established in 1973, and is one of the veteran CPA firms in Hong Kong.
