Summary

The primary focus of this role is to provide day to day administrative support to Jack Morton HK office.

Key Responsibilities:  

Primary Focus:

• Setting up new vendor paperwork, opening purchase orders and processing vendor payments

• Preparing expense reports
• Supporting pre event needs, including couriers, crew travel and accommodation, visa processing, insurance, supplier orders

Secondary Focus:

• Office supplies and maintenance of office facilities
• Organising staff activities, team lunches etc.

Experience / Qualifications:     

• Detail-oriented, efficient and well organized
• Independent, good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in PC software applications e.g. MS Word, Excel
• Experience working on financial software systems such as SAP an advantage
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
