Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical & administrative supports to both Purchasing and Marketing departments
• Assist in communications with overseas suppliers to follow up the progress of shipments and documents
• Assist in preparing sales or purchase data & analysis
• Assist with online and offline promotional activities
• Assist in write and edit English and Chinese press releases on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, etc
• Assist in maintaining filing system
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

•  Form 7 above with at least 2 year's clerical or administrative assistant experience
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint) 
• Knowledge in AI system will be advantage  
• Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese, Putonghua and English 
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated; strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work within tight deadlines; able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
