Responsibilities:

• Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Asian countries
• Submit audit reports in timely and professional manner
• Develop and monitor Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC audits
• Assist in internal and external CoC trainings
• Perform ad hoc visits & projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Science, Accountancy and environmental related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 2 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China and Asian countries
• SA8000 Basic or Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage
• Sound knowledge in local labor, health and safety and environmental laws of China and various Asian countries, and CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000 as well
• Experience in developing and monitoring Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after audit will be a definite advantage
• Experience in suppliers' training and coaching is highly preferred
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized team player
• Able to work independently, meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Strong communication, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Frequent travel to China and Asian countries including India and Bangladesh
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
