Job description

• Meet potential clients alone or with the team, introduce the firm’s services, understand the clients’ needs and provide advisory related to legal, tax and accounting issues
• Establish effective working relationships with clients and proactively assist in managing the delivery of services to existing clients
• Research and analyse legal, tax and accounting issues that impact clients’ investment in Mainland China or Hong Kong
• Assist in preparation of the departmental budget and KPI reporting
• Prepare Chinese and English correspondences, reports and presentations for management
• Prepare marketing materials and organise marketing activities to support business initiatives
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and business partners in execution of marketing and public relations activities 
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree or Associate Degree holder
• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter, attention to details and able to work with limited supervision
• Experience in CPA/consulting/other professional firms is an advantage (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Basic knowledge in audit procedures, company secretarial work and Hong Kong tax system is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to travel to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and overseas occasionally
