Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and checking of marine insurance documentation
• Liaise with various departments and ensure billing and policy accuracy
• Data input and preparation of internal documentation

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years working experience
• Working experience in document quality control is preferable
• Knowledge in marine insurance is an advantage but not essential
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Computer Skills such as Excel and Word
• Must be meticulous, patient and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
