Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance, taxation and company secretarial functions
• Prepare board minutes, resolutions, circulars, monthly / interim / annual announcements and interim reports of the Group for submission to HKEX
• Maintain register of shareholders and directors' shareholdings, and update statutory records

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax advisors and lawyers and ensure the company's compliance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards
• Involve consolidation, management reporting, tax planning, cash flow forecasting and budgeting, treasury and statutory reporting
• Provide professional advice to the Chairman on compliance with listed rules of HKEX

Job Requirements

• Qualified Accountant and member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 8 years or above relevant experience in listed companies with PRC exposure
• Hands-on company secretary experience in listed company is a MUST
• Associate membership of HKICS / ICSA will be an asset
• Auditor experience 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
