Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and organizing all financial activities and policies including the management of accounting, financial planning,fiscal procedures, auditing and cost control and additional areas if required; Improving the company finance policies and procedures 
2. well management of AR, AP, cost, tax and GL functions; smooth coordination with all these related positions
3. Ensuring the timely and accurate costing book, reports including month-end closing reports and review package
4. direct timely and accurate preparation of all kinds of financial and related statistical reports to both internal and external users
5. Ensuring the compliance with company’s accounting policies and procedures and with generally accepted accounting standards and procedures and align with the company policy 
6. Reports for the management based on the strategy and development prospects of the company, defining and evaluating sources of financing according to the market tendencies 
7. Cooperating with auditors to close annual auditing reports and generate management reports
8. cost control

Qualification:

1. Degree in account/finance
2. Good oral/written English 
3. more than 3-year relevant working experience in foreign-invested enterprise; in garment trading industry is a plus
4. Knowledge of inter-company and reconciliation with parent company; knowledge of tax rules of HK and China mainland is plus
5. Familiar with AR, AP, GL, cost and tax detailed work; 
6. knowledge and experience in developing, documenting and maintaining internal controls
7. excellent communication and team work ability

Gross Salary: HK$15K – HK$20K per month
