Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the internal and technological control, security and environment of the Stored Value Facilities (SVF) and new services of the Octopus card, such as Smart Octopus, O! ePay, Virtual Card, mobile / online / cloud / FPS / NFC / QR code services, clearing house / transport subsidy systems, and outsourced operations
• Reviewing the compliance practice with established Group policies, procedures and plans, HKMA’s regulations and Government laws, and industrial standards, such as those in SVF, AML / CFT, data protection, and electronic payment
• Reviewing the accounting / ERP / operational processes and systems, internal controls, and financial ledgers of the Group Companies
• Reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities and operations of the Group and making recommendations on improvement options where necessary
• Conducting regular and special reviews as requested by the Chief Auditor

Requirements:

• University graduate in accounting, business, information technology or related disciplines, postgraduate is preferred
• Professional qualification in IT auditing / security, and/or accounting (e.g. CISA, CISM, CIA, HKICPA or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of experience for Senior Manager, and 5 years for Manager in auditing, information technology auditing or security, preferably in SVF, electronic payment / banking / trading, and regulatory environment
• Good presentation and communication skills, proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with Putonghua as an advantage
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset and broad across-disciplines knowledge
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A self-motivated team player with multi-tasking and good interpersonal skills
