Responsibilities:  

• Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and profitability analysis
• Prepare management reports accurately and timely for high-level managements decisions
• Perform financial data analysis for various subsidiaries in review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance
• Advise, monitor and review all corporate finance related affairs. Design and develop financial model for potential opportunities/investment
• Responsible for project financing, optimizing the capital structure and capital allocation
• Overlook the operational plans for project funding and monitor the use of funds
• Support ad-hoc duties as required

  Requirements: 

• University Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
• Professional qualification of CFA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Advanced skill in PC operation such as Excel and other accounting system
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin – written and spoken.
