Responsibilities:

• Prepare interim and period-end schedules, balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Perform month-end closing including journal entry-postings, provisions and accruals etc.
• Preparation of financial statements, financial reporting and management accounts
• Providing variance analysis and commentary for management review
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Liaise with various departments and external parties including auditors
• Reporting to Finance Manager and assist in consolidation and various ad hoc reporting functions

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline and a member of professional accounting bodies
• At least 1 year relevant accounting experience in multi-national companies preferred
• Detailed-oriented with good analytical, interpersonal and strong communication skills and high level of integrity
• Self-motivated, proactive-and with strong sense of responsibility
• Needs to be able to work with colleagues and third parties in different time zones
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office
• Immediately available is preferred
