Responsibilities

• Financial reporting – ensure timely and accurate reports which complying with statutory / regulatory requirements
• Tax compliance– ensure timely and accurate submissions to IRD, and assist in managing tax exposures
• Work closely with external professionals during tax submissions/interim review/annual audit
• Budgetary and forecast process – work as a team to ensure budget and forecast are provided timely and accurately
• Others – participate in any ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• University graduate in Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizeable organization and Big 4, with at least 1-2 years working in commercial companies
• Qualified CPA with solid understanding of HKFRS and Hong Kong Tax
• Experience in managing compliance with listing rules including preparation of annual and interim reports
• Strong knowledge of MS Office application, Excel with VBA a plus
• Knowledge in SAP and Data cube is highly desirable
• Be a team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
