Responsibilities

• Corporate finance – performing research, financial and business analysis, M&A, due diligence on potential investment opportunities, rules and regulation research and other corporate finance initiatives;
• Financial accounting – assist in financial planning and analysis, internal auditing and other finance functions.
• Prepare presentation materials on investment or other corporate finance projects
• Liaise externally with valuers / financial advisors / lawyers for executing corporate finance functions
• Carry out ad-hoc financial projects when required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• CPA qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience at sizable organizations in the fields of auditing
• High proficiency in English and Chinese and well versed with MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong financial analytical capabilities, communication and time management skills
• Familiar with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Company Law, accounting standards
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive and strong analytical mind
• Frequent travelling is required
