Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting functions and maintain full sets of accounts
• Responsible for month-end closings, reconciliation of inter-company transaction, bank reconciliation and preparation of audit schedules
• Handle external audit
• Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and other management reports
• Co-ordinate and work with colleagues in HK, PRC and Overseas
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with experience in accounting firm
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts
• Fluent communication in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and experience in MYOB is preferred
• Good communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels
