Job Duties

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements;
• Supervise a team of accounting staff on daily operations & reporting;
• Reporting to the Financial Controller;
• Control Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, fixed assets, payroll and cost accounting functions;
• Take a leading role in developing and implementing financial systems for financial and management reporting;
• Assist in budgetary control, variance analysis, and ad hoc assignments.
• Assist in maintaining sound internal control and/or statutory compliance;
• Review monthly management reports and provide analyses and make recommendations to the Financial Controller;

Requirements: 

• Degree holder with major in Accounting plus student member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent overseas accounting bodies;
• Five or more years of relevant accounting experience;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal, analytical and supervisory skills;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with accounting software SAP B1 is preferred;
• Hard-working, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Applicant who is immediately available is preferred.
