Key Responsibilities

• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Create financial models for scenarios study, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics / KPI tracking
• Aid in the capital budgeting, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements and optimization
• Work closely with the accounting / treasury team to ensure accurate financial reporting for decision support
• Assist in fund planning, deal documentation and execution, and other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• High proficiency in financial modeling, advance-level of Excel functions / formulae
• BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics) or equivalent professional qualification such as AICPA, HKICPA, CFA, CMA
• In-depth accounting knowledge a must, qualified accounting qualification a plus
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
• Good business acumen

• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills (English and Chinese)
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
