Reporting to Finance Manager of Jardine Matheson Limited and as a member of the Group Finance team, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations as well as ad hoc analysis.  You will also support and participate in the various finance related enhancement initiatives. 

• Handle full set of accounts, preparation of month end closing and financial reports. 
• Reconcile financial discrepancies, analyze financial information and summarise financial status
• Maintain all series of accounting records and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining financial budgets, forecasting and group consolidations. 
• Support and participate in the development of various enhancement initiatives related to digital or changes in financial regulations. 
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and initiate enhancement as and when needed.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, with ACCA/HKICPA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experiences
• Previous experience in Accpac and Hyperion preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good team player with strong analytical and coordination skills
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, organized, independent
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
