Roles & Responsibilities 

• Report to Financial Controller
• Coordinate and communicate with various parties on vendor management
• Responsible for sourcing new vendors per requested
• Arrange new vendor set up
• Collect client quotation and create PO
• Verify vendor invoices for payment process
• Update invoice status

Requirements 

• High school graduate with at least 2 years’ working experience
• Systematic with strong administrative and organizational skills
• Possess good numeric sense and attentive to details
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Word & Excel
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• 3-month contract assignment (possible to extend based on job performance and company requirements)
