Jobs Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage daily general accounting duties including input accounting entries, processing receipts and banking preparation (AP, AR)
• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, filing and record keeping
• Provide administration support & assist in business operation
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

Candidates Profile

• Good spoken and written English, fluent Cantonese, and Mandarin
• At least 5+ years of administrative experience
• Good IT skills - MS Office, Excel in particular
• Candidates on a short notice/immediately available are preferred
