Job Description:

• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Handling daily AP tasks
• Assist in Expense claim reconciliation
• Assist in bank transaction posting and reconciliation
• Perform E-commerce reconciliation
• Assist in intercompany reconciliation
• Engage in ad hoc projects / duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting or above
• Good computer skills in MS Office especially Excel application (e.g. vlookup & Pivot table)
• 2-3 year accounting related working experience, with experience in audit, sizeable or multinational company is an advantage
• Self-driven, independent, attentive to details; good team player
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
