Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years or above work experience.
2. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
3. Responsible and able to work independently, target oriented mind set with positive attitude
4. Literacy in computer and MS office software
5. Form 6 graduate or above.

Job Duties:
Ø Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable and receivable
Ø Monitor cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation 
Ø Prepare management account and schedule of fixed assets 
Ø Preparing budgeting and expenses forecast report
Ø Assist in annual audit
Ø Assist in handling company secretarial works for Hong Kong and offshore 
companies
Ø Handle opening of bank account and follow up procedures
Ø Assist in preparing annual compliance documents
Ø Liaise with external auditors, bankers
