Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the financial analysis needs of business units; conduct economic studies for the business where necessary
• Advise and support to the financial team in annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the business unit’s financial functioning
• Prepare monthly consolidation, financial and management report for the business unit
• Support the establishment of business analysis property finance plans & policies and manage the implementation to ensure compliance of financial activities of the managed department / business area with the Group’s established policies
• Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports to ensure the team performance
• Hand on experience group consolidation ability
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
• Experience in Property industry is highly preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related disciplines
• Designations of CPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience in international audit firm/accounting, including 3 years or above in Financial Investment industry in sizable company
• Commercial & fund experience is a must
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties
• Excellent in Excel & PowerPoint skills
