Key responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of Sales and Business Development team including but not limited to sales orders handling, deals updates and client’s records maintenance etc.;
• Perform data accuracy checking in orders and invoices with initiative in contacting clients to obtain missing information if any;
• Handle client’s inquiries, invoices and requests with good coordination with both internal parties and external suppliers/ firms;
• Liaise with logistics firms to endure timely deliveries;
• Assist in general clerical support, e.g. data input, filing, and relevant documentation;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and the team.

Key requirement:

• Diploma or above / Undergraduate in business or related disciplines; Candidates in other disciplines with passion in business administration would also be considered;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Well versed in Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
• Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skill;
• Intern/ relevant work experience in Business Development / Sales team is preferable;
• Immediate available and able to provide full-time support is highly preferred.
