Job Description

工作內容:

  • 負責總裁室日常文書工作,撰寫及覆核相關公文,以配合公司裏內外的訊息傳遞及記錄;
  • 協調總行與集團公司的溝通工作,包括收集、撰寫上報總行的各項報告、資料分析、工作計劃;
  • 負責公司各部門所有對外公函/文件檔案管理,收集、 發放業界的訊息 , 指引等;
  • 配合總裁室各成員日常工作的安排,處理總裁室的往來書信、文件,以確保總裁室日常辦公的有效運轉;
  • 統籌公司大型工作會議、特別項目會議等(如:季度擴大大會 , 總裁室例會),工作包括統籌議事日程 、 會議各項事宜、聯絡出席人員預備及繕發會議前後各文檔工作;
  • 協助管理總務團隊工作,包括供應商管理、辦公室設備管理等

崗位要求:

  • 大學或以上程度,2年辦公室綜合管理經驗;
  • 具有良好的溝通和表達能力, 良好粵語、普通話及一般英語;
  • 優秀書寫、統計分折及Powerpoint制作能力;
  • 熟悉辦公室軟件 (MS Word,Excel & Access);
  • 有獨立處事能力、責任心強,具團隊合作精神。
